Building Upkeep Services Including Equipment and Consumables

Broad details of work covered under the scope is enumerated as follows:-
  1. Building Upkeep Services (Housekeeping) includes Sweeping, Dusting, Rubbing, Moping, Washing, (as per requirement of the area and nature of surface) of Corridors, Stair Cases, Common Toilets, Lift Lobbies, Glass Panels, Granite Claddings, Terrace, floors of different types including Wooden floors, etc.
  2. The external area outside residential building including, Pathways, Interlocking Tiles, Open Area, Boundary Walls, Security Guard Room, Machine Room, Community Centre, Gymnasium, Billiards Room etc. is to be cleaned regularly.
  3. Thorough cleaning of Common Toilets using good quality of liquids, detergents and air purifiers in each toilet. The toilets to be provided with soap containers and shall be refilled timely.
  4. Collection of garbage from all houses and disposal at a specified location as identified by the Builder / RAW & Authority.
  5. Cleaning of Sub¬ Station, DG¬ Set, Pump House, and Water Supply Tank (overhead & underground).
  6. All Chambers, Manholes, catch basins, drains etc. and lines within the said premises of the client to be kept clear at all times. Regular cleaning, de-¬silting and choking, if any, shall be attended promptly.
  7. Proper uniforms will be provided to all work force and supervisors.

Horticulture / Gardening Management

Dedicated gardeners to maintain the lawns, and other small green patches. To maintain entrance and exit, frontage of the society, to plant seasonal flowering plants and to keep the flora to the pleasant level.

Security Services

The Scope of Services to be provided by Security Services shall include:-

  1. The company shall provide security guards to keep ward and watch and protection of the society as per the Builder / RWA’s requirement. The security guards provided by the company will be for twenty-four hours in the shift of 12 hours and shall provide complete security arrangement and protection of the society round the clock.
  2. The existing security rooms at the In and Out gates of the society will be used by security guards and the guards shall check all the vehicles and personnel entering into and going out of the society as per the instructions issued by the Builder / RWA from time to time and shall maintain proper records of the vehicles and personnel coming in and going out of the Society.
  3. The company at its own expenses shall provide its security guards with necessary uniform, arms, outfit, etc. required for the effective discharge of security services to the Society.

Water Supply System

Maintenance of Water Supply Line, maintenance of Water Line to the garden, Fountains and Sprinkler system of Lawns & Car Parking.
